Printing Service Guidelines
Originals must be:
- Disk & Camera Ready & of acceptable quality
- Good black copy (no photocopies)
- On white stock, one side preferred
- Clean (no scotch tape over image area)
- Use white-out to clean all dirty areas
- All pages must be numbered & in proper order for collating & binding

What is a Copyright?
A copyright is a form of protection provided to creators of original works by laws of the creator's residnet country and through International Treaties. Copyright owners have the exclusive right to reproduce or modify their copyrighted work. They may, however, grant permission to others who wish to reproduce the copyrighted work. Photographers, artists, authors, software developers, architects, publishers, singers, writers and composers can all by copyright owners.
Copyright Policy
We take Copyright very seriously and monitor each job carefully.
- Allow extra time for copyrighted jobs.
- The originator is responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary for the printing or copying of your job.
- When the rights, license or permission is obtained, a copy of the permission letter MUST be submitted with the work order.
- The exact title of the material must be given when the work is not original.
